It's been a weird few weeks...

Heres something I did really quick for the Art Jumble...since I've been watching alot of Foster's I wanted to do something in that style.

...those damn Beatnik Elephants ruin everything

Don't Laugh! 'Cause I love this game and this is directly inspired by Art's PkMn Post...Its still missing two team members...Blastoise and Steelix, because their so damn hard to draw...I'll get them in there later.

Ps- Dont put Legendary PkMn on your team...thats Lame..lol

I've been doing some extra freelance projects to save up cash for later...saving cash is always a good Idea. Anyway here's some early development scribbles for these characters I'm working on for some guys pitch book.

These are rough color layouts for some stuff that will make me look more like a "Professional" and less like a kid with a Sketchbook.

I've finally come up w/ a logo for the website & business cards, it needs a little more work but I'll nail it eventually. Oh, and here's a Hellboy sketch I did this morning during breakfast which was Inspired by a Tom Bancroft Scribble.

Three Post in one day...Its a new record! I've been away from the blog scene for so long I thought I was due for it. Anyway, this is a quick character design sketch of Han for a personal animation project of mine...because I hav'nt animated anything decent in a while I'm gonna take about 40seconds of dialogue from the movie and animate to it.

Do you ever feel like all you do is work but you still get nothing accomplished and dont make enough money....Oh well, here are some sketchs for a Flash game I'm re-designing for work, and a quick sketch of Timmy Turner I did over lunch.

Hmm....So I guess the blogger scene is starting to die down now that sept is here and everyone is working harcore but I'm gonna toss these scribbles from my latest sketch session with Adam and Tim. Hopefully I can really start fleshing out a personal project of mine once I'm done moving and stuff...Oh well, later guys.

*Wed thru Fri I finally have some free time from work so I'm gonna do nothing but draw from morning to night...Lets hope I get something good out of it.


* This year I am going to the Ottawa 06 International Animation Festival ( Sept 20-24 ) and I am thinking of planning a group trip to it. Does anyone think its a good idea...and if so, do you want in? I'm gonna check flights, hotels, and prices for everything. Leave a comment to let me know what you think.

Since I hav'nt really been doing to much lately to move my career forward... I've decided to take a Character Design Test to see if maybe I can get somewhere. Its a take home so I decided to start a little bit tonight and do the rest tomorrow, so here's a rough sketch of the Pirate character...and a "Chibbi" version of him.

I'm not really sure why but I rarely ever do fan art, but for some reason I was just in the mood to scribble down Sora, from Kingdom Hearts...one of the wierdest, yet best video games fanchises of all times.

Just another friday night...

So...I guess I got a job, I am now an Official Employee of Urban Outfitters. Which is cool but blows at the same time, cause i'm selling clothes and not drawing. Oh well...at least it'll give me the chance to get the left over cash I need for my tablet pc and I wont have to color with a mouse ever again. Anyway, heres something I started last night...its Drop Dead Fred! I used to love the movie as a kid and I've been giving myself little character exercises' so when end of august beginning of sept rolls around I'll have a big sample of Character designs for the Portfolio.

I guess i've been kinda little lazy lately with the sketchbook, but I cant help it right now...I've been kinda running around looking for a "regular" job just for the moment to pay for a tablet pc and stuff, but anyway here are these two little doodles I keep drawing on cocktail napkins at bars, good stuff comming....I swear.
